JONAS LINDSTRÖM

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 6, 2026.

This page explains how Jonas Lindström handles personal data on jonasrecording.com. Only what is needed to answer you and plan a possible session is collected, and nothing more.

Who is responsible for the data

Jonas Lindström, Stockholm, is the data controller for this website. For any question or request about your data, use the contact form on the start page and it will reach him directly.

What is collected when you send an inquiry

The contact form and the booking panel collect the details you type in yourself: your name, your email address and your message.

They are used to reply to you, ask follow-up questions and plan a session. Nothing else. The data is never sold or shared for marketing, and writing in never puts you on a mailing list.

Legal basis. The data is processed to take steps at your request before a possible agreement (article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). If a session is booked, it is also processed to fulfil that agreement and to meet Swedish bookkeeping rules.

The website otherwise

The site itself sets no cookies for analytics or tracking, and no visitor statistics that could identify you are collected. You can read the page without leaving any data.

One exception worth knowing about: the playlist section embeds a player from Spotify. When it loads, Spotify may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy, which this site does not control.

Who can see the data

Your message is delivered to Jonas's inbox. Beyond that, the providers hosting the website and the email delivery may process the data on his behalf, under agreement and only on instruction. The data is never handed to anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long it is kept

If no session comes out of it, your inquiry is deleted once it is no longer relevant. If a session is booked, the details are kept as long as the project needs them and after that only as long as the law requires, for example seven years under the Swedish Bookkeeping Act for records connected to payment.

Your rights

You have the right to:

Reach out through the contact form and you will get help. If you believe your data is being handled wrongly, you have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
